About

Since Chain of Command: Ostfront 1943-1945 was released about two weeks after its predecessor it is not surprising that it is the same game with new missions. It is a traditional real-time tactics game set in World War II. During the 16 missions the player takes the command over Soviet troops in Stalingrad and on their way to Berlin. All missions use the same basic pattern: The player needs to move his troops to a marked point on the map to kill everything there. Most missions consist of two or three of these goals.

The game features 20 units on every side with different strengths and weaknesses - for every unit there is a especially dangerous enemy unit. The controls follow the established genre standards: the mouse for move and attack orders; special functions are reached with key combinations or menus on the screen sides.
