About
Calling All Cars! is an action racing game. Designed with an emphasis on short competitive matches, the game features a chaotic format in which up to four players compete to apprehend roaming criminals and return them to designated drop-off points. Its structure loosely resembles capture the flag, with constant player interference functioning as the core of the experience. Criminals cycle frequently between drivers as collisions, weapons, and environmental hazards disrupt attempts to score, creating fast-paced, unpredictable rounds.
The title includes a small number of maps featuring ramps, traps, moving delivery targets, and destructible objects. Scoring varies depending on the difficulty of the delivery route, with more elaborate paths awarding additional points. Although the game provides a small arsenal such as missiles, hammers, and a magnet, physical collisions often prove equally effective.
The game offers both single-player and multiplayer options, though it is widely regarded as a game built primarily for competitive play. Solo offerings include single matches and a short tournament mode used to unlock cosmetic vehicle variants. In multiplayer, up to four players can compete locally, online, or through a hybrid of split-screen and online play.
Visually, the game uses a stylized cartoon aesthetic supported by smooth performance, exaggerated audio cues, and small interactive environments.
