Cake Shop

Lisa is a girl with a big dream: she wants to manage a cake shop! So when the opportunity arises and a cake shop owner offers her a job, she quickly moves to a all new city.

Lisa's job is to satisfy the wishes of the customers which are shown in picture form. The basic product are cakes which are composed of three layers. In practice this means that the player has to click on the cake layers in the correct order and then serve the result to the customer. Later in the game the shop introduces more products which increase the complexity of the required actions, e.g. in order to create a coffee, Lisa has to put the cup into the coffee machine and wait until it is finished. It is important to serve customers as quickly as possible because their mood (and their tip) decreases when Lisa takes to long. Since there is no physical avatar of Lisa during gameplay, all actions are performed with the mouse.

After each work day (a few minutes of play time), the earned money can be spent on two things: more equipment for the shop (attracts more customers and therefore increases earnings) or building a house for Lisa to battle her homesickness. Each step of the house building process, e.g. the foundation, has to ordered separately and increases Lisa's mood. The available equipment also depends on Lisa's skill rating based on her performance in the shop.
