About

Caesar's Day Off is a short online flash game, made during the Indie Speed Run game jam of 2012. In this quick, humorous game, you play as Roman emperor Julius Caesar, as he makes positive or negative decisions on 12 quick in-game scenarios (from judging a gladiatorial match to taking out the trash), by means of a thumbs up or down. A different animation for each scene is played, depending on whether you decide that Caesar likes it or not. The actions you take throughout the levels each, in some way, affect the ending screen that summarises the decisions you have made.

The overall gameplay is very simple: positive decisions are made by pressing UP and negative decisions are made by pressing DOWN on the keyboard.
