About
Blues for Mittavinda is a meditative game in an Old West setting made for a Gamejolt competition with the theme 'chaos'. It also incorporates the concept of mindfulness in a later part of the game. The game can be completed in about twenty minutes. Parts of the visuals are handcrafted with drawings and clay models mixed with videos, photographs and stop motion video. The game starts at the death bed of protagonist Mittavinda's father. He asks his son to visit a wise man Tondo in town. The game is about that search and then turns in a metaphorical journey. Mittavinda can be moved around with the arrows keys. An additional key is used for actions such as conversations.
