About

Blodia Land is a puzzle game adapted from the computer game Diablo, reimagining it with a cutesy fantasy theme. The player controls the prince of the Monster Kingdom, who must recover the eight parts of the Holy Ball to restore peace to his land. Like the original game, it plays like a cross between Pipe Dream and a sliding-block puzzle. The player's character automatically follows a path through tiles on a grid, clearing the path behind him; the goal is to move and arrange the tiles to the character walks across every path without reaching a gap or dead end. Various items can be collected which have helpful effects, such as slowing the player's character or granting extra time.

The game includes a total of 100 puzzles, divided into 8 themed worlds. There is an overworld which allows the player to select which puzzle to attempt next, though all puzzles must be cleared to move on to the next world. There are also bonus stages on the maps where the player can play a small mini-game to earn bonus items or extra lives. The game includes a 2-player alternating mode and password functionality to continue a previous game.
