Blinky 3

Following the events of Blinky 2, Shnookwad abandons his ambition to conquer Funky Forest and opts to destroy it instead. In response, the three protagonists—Blinky, Chum, and Doughnut—embark on a mission to defeat Shnookwad's forces.

Blinky 3 is a side-scrolling platformer where the heroes utilize three movement methods—jumping, walking, and crawling—and two attack types: long-range and short-range. The controls assign a dedicated button to each action and direction combination, such as jumping left, upward, or right, making simultaneous input combinations impossible. Once an action is initiated, it cannot be interrupted. At the game's outset, players choose one of the three heroes, each characterized by distinct movement speed and attack strength.

The primary objective in each level is to locate an exit, with many levels featuring multiple exits that require exploration. These exits determine the progression path to the next level, resulting in players completing only 12 of the 30 levels per playthrough. Health, which is not visually displayed, decreases when the character is hit by enemies or environmental hazards. Losing all health depletes a life, and running out of lives ends the game.
