About

Battle of Britain is a turn-based simulation of aerial fights between Germany and Britain in 1940. There are two campaigns with two different goals: The Britons need to defend their country and Germany wants to conquer it.

As expected of such a game the most time is spent on a overhead map of Britain and northern Europe and several statistics screens. The rounds are divided into two parts: In the first both Britain and Germany give orders to their forces, in the second these orders are carried out in real time. During this the game can be paused at any time to give further orders. The success is measured by points which the player receives for certain actions, e.g. destroying an enemy aircraft.
