About
This is a top-down shooter with 2D vector graphics and a soundtrack of electronic music. You play as Battle-Girl piloting her Soyuz 1183-A BattleCraft to destroy programmers released by Terminus, weapon of Chaos. You must journey through countless programs and protect their function pods to defeat Terminus and save the Great Machine - source of cosmic order and enforcer of natural law. Fortunately, you are armed with not only vast firepower, but also with a girlish wit and a violent disposition.
It has a twin-joystick-style control scheme where you move and shoot independently. There's 99+ levels, and high-speed 360 degree gameplay with special effects. 15 fiendish enemies range from fighters who are passive until you shoot them, nearly invulnerable tanks, and others that try to trap you. You have an unlimited primary weapon (from Shards to a Fusion Cannon) and a limited secondary weapon (from Viper Mines, Dragon Strike to Firestorm). There are power-ups that give you additional temporary benefits, which include bonus points, weapon upgrades, shield strength and more.
