About
Avernum 3 is the third installment of the Avernum series and is an overhaul of Exile 3: Ruined World. In it, you create a party of 1-4 characters and play as one of the first bands to return to the surface from years of exile in the prison caves of Avernum. Rather than the paradise you expected, you find a world struck by sickness and plagued by monsters.
The game is very open-ended, and your party can attempt to save the world or just set up shop and live out their days as merchants.
