Astro Avenger II

Astro Avenger II is the sequel to Astro Avenger. In this vertically scrolling shooter the player has to save mankind from annihilation by an evil alien race.

The player controls a hyper modern space ship that can be equipped with various weapons such as lasers and rockets. Enemy ships come in many varieties such as small scouting ships and large mother ships and they all need to be blasted apart. Killing enemies earns money with which better weapons can be bought. Aside from weapons there's also droids which will float around the player's spaceship and do their job automatically.
