Arena of Octos

Arena of Octos is a science-fiction themed strategy fighting game.

Your star cruiser has been captured while traveling through space claimed by the Octon Dynasty. After some deliberations, the Council of Eight has granted you the chance to earn your freedom by accepting the 'Octon Challenge'.

The player must compete in progressively more challenging combats until they earn their freedom defeating the eighth battle. Battling within a large octagon enclosure, a fire pit in the center poses a danger to combatants, and large rocks strewn about the field risk tripping up and disarming opponents. Each turn, the player and opponents take turns, moving, attacking, and defending. A player can push their enemy into a fire pit or over rocks. Each character has limited hit points, and the game is over when all foes are defeated.
