Apple Pie

Your aunt's cat, Marcello, is in need of a vacation. Why a cat would need a vacation is a good question but your current problem is that your aunt is taking the cat to Europe and leaving you in charge of her restaurant. It is up to you to manage the eatery while she is gone.

Apple Pie is a match-three game. Using your mouse, swap two items to create a straight line of three or more of the same item. The object is to make matches over the tan tiles to clear them. When all the tiles are removed, the level is done. You must do this before the time runs out or you will be fined $500.00. After this, you can use the money you made to upgrade the restaurants decor and/or menu to get your establishment to a five-star level. Later in the game, you are given bonus items to help you. These are:* The knife: Removes the item and tile from one square.

• The blender: Shuffles all the items on the board.
• The toaster: Removes a horizontal or vertical line of items.
• The menu: Shows you all possible matches for thirty seconds.
• The hourglass egg timer: Stops the clock for thirty seconds.
• The pepper shaker: Randomly removes some tiles from the board.
• The changer: Change one item into another.
• The Champagne bottle: Multiplies all scores by two for thirty seconds.
