Apathy: Midnight Collection - Vol.1

Apathy - Midnight Collection ~Vol. 1~ is a collection of horror visual novels which are intertwined together by giving players passwords upon getting to their multiple endings as well as unlocking new routes in other stories. There are 100 passwords to collect throughout the games and each game uses a different art style for its characters.

The collection consists of 3 stories:

• Emi-Chan's Murder Club Investigation Diary is the main story of this collection and is, essentially, a retelling of Gakkou de atta Kowai Hanashi, which chronicles the adventures of a psychopathic schoolgirl and her attempts not to be assassinated by the school's Murder Club. Compared to the original, the version of the story in this collection has all the characters redone in an Anime style.
• Okuri Inu is a story taking its name and inspiration from the Japanese legend of the following dog with different situations for the protagonist to experience, based on the player's choices.
• Scratches on the Pillars is different from the other two stories as it is a short, standalone, linear story about a university student who decides to move out of his parents house and tries to rent a room. Having little money to pay for the rent and all commissions, he is offered to stay in a seemingly deserted villa...

Both the Okuri Inu and Murder Club Investigation Diary stories feature multiple scenarios with the former having 32 endings and the latter having 84 endings to unlock.
