Ancient Rome

Ancient Rome is a casual resource management game. There is no combat in this game, only several goals the player tries to accomplish before time expires. In return for their work, they're rewarded with a grand villa they may upgrade as they see fit between scenarios.

The player is a roman city planner and builder, and it is up to them to establish new cities or help existing ones flourish. The player must build wells, farms, windmills, weavers, potteries and other resources, while also upgrading the city and trading with its inhabitants. The player also has to establish trade with neighboring regions, which means buying items they don't necessarily want just to maintain friendly relations.
