About
Airfix: Dogfighter is an action-oriented World War II flight game with a difference: the player gets to fly model WWII planes around a house, shooting Mom's best china, attacking the enemy base (in the living room downstairs) or blasting through a window and taking on the enemy in the back garden.
There are overall 20 missions in which the objectives range from escorting bombs to destroying enemy units. The player gets to fly 14 historical aeroplanes which weapon systems can be upgraded over time - from rockets to atomic bombs. For this the player needs to collect power-ups which are scattered in the environment. Besides weapon upgrades there are also fuel, health, and ammo replenishers to find. There are two campaigns for the Axis and the Allied.
