About

Airborne Assault: Red Devils Over Arnhem is a strategy game in which the player recreates Operation Market Garden. The main difference with other strategy games is that the player doesn't control single units but companies and battalions. The graphics consist of a overhead with abstract symbols which represent friendly and hostile units. On this map the player looks up statistics and gives orders to his companies.

The gameplay is in real-time (but can be paused) and the campaign contains 22 scenarios playable as both Allies or Axis. Each scenario includes hundreds of units and 80.000 men and totally 440 types of units. The game is shipped with the ScenMaker Beta application allowing the player to create their own scenarios.
