Eldritch Realms is the fourth major add-on for Age of Wonders 4, and includes:
- the Insectoid and Syron racial templates
- the Umbral Abyss map layer
- the Eldritch Sovereign ruler type
- 2 new mounts: Standard Beetle Mount and Exotic Death Beetle Mount
- three new tomes: Tome of the Tentacle, Tome of Cleansing Flame, and Tome of Corruption
- 2 singleplayer missions
- Cosmic Happenings event system
- 6 new music tracks
- new world map locations, wildlife, realm template, realm traits
- new themed interface skin
