This is an updated re-release of Afterfall: InSanity. The base game is still identical, but a large amount of elements have been added, tweaked or updated:
- An improved dynamic fighting system
- Edits in the narration
- Enhancements to the camera, sound, and animations in cut-scenes
- Enhanced sound for environments and characters
- Improved facial expressions
- Lightning and performance optimizations (Xbox 360 version)
- More elements of psychosis for the FearLock system
- More gameplay elements (level 4)
- New automatic save points
- New tutorial system
- New weapons through the FreeFight arsenal
- Tweaked gameplay balance
- Technical and gameplay improvements
Owners of the original version could update to the enhanced version for free through a patch.
