A Silly Noisy House is an Hypercard adventure written by Peggy Weil.
Placed in front of a house (a dollhouse, more likely), kids aged two and up can click and play with almost all objects, for example the popcorn popper in the kitchen. And, as this house is very noisy, all actions are associated with noises. Fortunately, clicking the book opens songs.
