25 Layers of Pain

25 Layers of Pain is a single player platform game that can be played either by a controller or the keyboard, though a controller is recommended.

The game uses a pixel art style for the main character a retro style for the levels. The main feature of the game is how easy it is to die - the game keeps a count of the number of deaths in the upper left corner. Miss a jump, touch a spike, get caught in one of the many traps and the result is a splash of red and a restart.
