1000 Tiny Claws

After removing a cursed sword from Hex Island and accidentally unleashing an insect swarm, Captain Bluebell and his crew of sky pirates are facing certain execution at the gallows. However, the captain is given a chance to save his crew if he can return the pilfered sword back to its rightful place and reverse the curse. So now the captain and his first mate, Rana, have to head back to the island that caused all this mess.

The game consists of five regions made up of five sky islands each. On most islands, Rana is tasked with fighting off the swarm armed only with her sword and a dodge ability. When Rana hits an enemy with her sword they get knocked back. The more an enemy gets hit, the more farther the enemy flies. The object is to knock the enemies totally off the island causing them to fall to their doom. Hitting enemies will also charge up Rana's sword which will eventually allow her to do a powerful sword blast that will knock off any enemies caught up in its radius. Rana also is under the same rules as her enemies. The more she gets hit, the more each hit will send her flying. If she falls off the island, the level is failed. There are occasionally bugs that will drop an apple when they get hit. Consuming an apple will restore some of Rana's defense making it harder for the bugs to knock her off the island.

Other then the main Story Mode, there are also a Survival Mode and a Challenge Mode. Survival Mode asks the player to survive on one of the five regions islands for as long as they can while facing a never ending swarm. Challenge Mode consists of twenty-five challenges.including things such as time attacks and striker missions (a soccer inspired game where the player has to knock bugs through goal posts).
